Gavin Lawrence Managing Director
Gavin has a broad and comprehensive knowledge of Bacs processes and the Direct Debit Scheme . He was responsible for writing the Bacs Accredited Clear Direct Debit Training course in 2009 and established Clear Academy the same year.
Well known as a Speaker at industry conferences and events, Gavin has previously spoken on a diverse range of Direct Debit related topics, including software, rules and regulations and tips to improve collection rates. Gavin has previously worked at Direct Debit Ltd and Experian Payments. |

Debbie Lane Marketing Director
Debbie joined Clear Academy in October 2011. She has previously held roles within Marketing, Sales, Market Research, Business Information, Training and Forecasting.
Debbie has worked at a number of companies during her career and been based in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Denmark and Sweden. Most recently Debbie worked as Marketing Manager for Novo Nordisk Ltd, a Danish owned Pharmaceutical company where she was responsible for co-ordinating the marketing effort across Northern Europe. |
