Gavin has a broad and comprehensive knowledge of Bacs processes and the Direct Debit Scheme from systems and software to rules, regulations and tips to improve collection rates.

 

This knowledge culminated in writing the Bacs Accredited Clear Direct Debit Training course in 2009.

Gavin is frequently asked to speak on the subject of Direct Debit and Bacs best practice at various conferences and events.  Every client that Gavin has worked with has provided incredibly positive feedback on the approach and quality of service, with information always delivered with boundless enthusiasm and good humour.

 

Gavin has previously worked at Direct Debit Ltd and Experian Payments.

Debbie joined us at the beginning of October 2011.  She has previously held roles within Marketing, Sales, Market Research,

Business Information, Training and Forecasting.  She has worked at a number of companies during her career and been based in the

UK, Ireland, Spain, Denmark and Sweden. Most recently Debbie worked as Marketing Manager for Novo Nordisk Ltd, a Danish owned

Pharmaceutical company where she was responsible for co-ordinating the marketing effort across Northern Europe.
