You may have a large team who you would like to train and a day long course may have more information than you need. Why not run a number of short sessions at your premises where we can run smaller groups over 1 or 2 days and ensure they have all the basic information they need to handle front line queries. We can also produce booklets that the team can take away with the key messages and useful information. |
